How to join?

Join the X-Challenge 2025 in just 3 steps

Step 1

Download the X-ADONIS, X-RAY, or X-RAK template in your preferred format. You can do this in the "Templates" section.

Step 2

It's time to create! Let your imagination run wild and make the best design! By hand, in Canva, Photoshop, Illustrator, or ChatGPT — the choice is yours!

Step 3

Submit your design by filling out the participation form at the bottom of the page.

FAQ's

Is this a competition between companies?

No. X-Challenge 25 is an internal competition held exclusively among employees within the same company. There is no direct competition between different companies.

How many winners will there be?

Each company will have one winner, selected through internal voting. The winner will receive a custom-designed ski jacket, produced by DIEL, completely free of charge.
All other participants will receive a 50% discount if they wish to order a ski jacket with their design.

How will the winner be selected?

The selection process has two stages:

  • First, the DIEL team will shortlist the top 5 designs from each company.
  • Then, employees of that company will vote internally to choose the final winner.

     

When will I receive my jacket?

All jackets will be produced for the 2026/2027 season (the next ski season).

Can I submit more than one design?

Yes, you can submit up to three designs — one for each of the three jacket models: X-RAK, X-RAY, and X-ADONIS.
